No, it's an acronym not a contraction it should be TVs.

Ugh, how am I going to get through to you? If you are writing a plural alphbetical acronym, the same rules apply as if you were writing the plural form of letters. You wouldn't say "os, os everywhere", you would say "o's, o's everywhere". Same rule applies for acronyms: "tv's, tv's everywhere". Grammar isn't hard if you actually make an effort to understand it.

I think pluralising a single lower case letter is pretty much the only example of where you can use an apostrophe plural. TVs isn't a single or lower case.
