My point is that the richer you are, the more likely you are to abuse drugs. Rich people sometimes go to poorer neighbourhoods specifically with that intent. Poor people take drugs, but rich people more so.

In case you haven't noticed, it is not 200 years since the Jim Crow laws were abolished, in fact, is is about 50 years

It is nothing but a stereotype that poor people are druggies, and studies have found that the richer you are, the more likely you are to abuse drugs, and that although white kids are more likely to take drugs, black kids are more likely to get arrested for it. If they get money, then they are more likely going to spend it on getting education and a degree than drugs (As many studies have found).

If America were destabilised, you would get groups like ISIS, but Christian, and the Islamic world, Asia and Africa would look down on them, branding Christianity as a religion of violence, whilst the US government and wider Christendom condemned these extremist groups, and you would either join Christian ISIS or be angry at the Muslims that they think all Christians are violent
