oops my bad Steel, where was everyone when the first line of the Keystone pipeline lost 9,000 and 4,700 barrels of oil on lands in North and South Dakota? I guess no one cared about it to much in 2017. I hope they can create more jobs ripping out the existing Keystone Pipeline. Its not like American owned minerals do anything for tax revenue in Canada.
