Fantastic idea. Our representatives should be representing us, not themselves. When they vote on party lines, it's clear they're not following the will of the people.

I'm sorry, no parties should hold power over a government?

How do you form a government without grouping cooperatives of politicians into parties? That's like saying no fuel should hold power to drive a car.

George Washington did not have a party affiliation and it turned out just fine.

You can't think of AAAAAAANY kind of organizational support that helped him SOMEWHERE along the way to get to where he ended up?

Guns. He rowed across the river on Christmas eve and shot the British soldiers in the face. So Guns. Yep Guns. Without Guns we would be German or Japanese right now.

Those were Hessians but ok, good start. Do guns grow on trees, Bundy? Where do you think they come from?

How about ban political parties? The government is not formed by a party in the USA like perhaps it is wherever you're from.

Here the government is formed by the Constitution- 2 Senators per state for example. It would be possible under our Constitution to have 100 Senators independent of any party affiliation. Same for representatives and the executive branch. Would you then say that we don't have a government?

How? How do you ban a group of statesmen working towards common purposes? That's like saying ban friendships.

It's simple. Make the positions non-partisan like the Judicial branch and many local government elected officials. Isn't it kinda dumb that non-partisan judges are appointed by partisan officials?

The positions ARE non-partisan in the USA. You're completely welcome to run without any organizational backing whatsoever.

You'll be running against people who don't, so good luck with that. But you could.

It's basically an issue of campaign finance reform. By "organizational backing" you mean money of course. That's another reason you guys hated Trump- he financed his own campaign without much party support.

Banning parties would suppress some of the ability for politicians to buy votes by illegally funneling money into their campaign.

The problem is that these parties use their organizational backing to support themselves rather than to support the people that elect them.

The position are non partisan. What makes it partisan is we dont all see things the same way. Yea let's just make one big party, and call it the zombie party, because no one would have an independent thought. Thinking hard.

Wrong. You need to get a clue.

What makes them partisan is that we ALLOW them to be. We DON'T allow many elected officials in the USA to be partisan, especially in local elections.

I dont allow anything, no one asked me how to act.

And your second statement is not accurate, as it is at the local level you can easily see what the end result would be for the community, as you know the person, and are really familiar with their thoughts, amd past actions. Do you any experience in politics at the local level?

All politics are local. I think it would be a good idea to not allow political parties in any of our elections. Political parties breed corruption. I've explained that.

All problems are local, not all politics are. Other than that I agree with you. I am an equal opportunity hater of both sides.

No, he financed his campaign from YOU and tried to pocket the extra. He tried to make money off of it. It was some SPECTACULAR sucker shit and that fact that you STILL think he paid for it out of his own pocket is just amazing.

Suffice to say - you're not the one who'll come up with bright ideas for better campaign finance regulations.

Sure he did...that's believable. It's obvious why you're in love with political parties- the party for democrats is the best at organizing to lie, cheat, and steal from the American people.

Every single one of them is like this.

Every. Single. One.

You've been lied to. And the evidence is there for you to look at if you ever want to.
