I am not sure. Each MOD has different views. I had many changed to NSFW or not accepted. I generally approve memes but if they are way off topic I don't. I selected approval and see if it is back. We all have ideas that some find dark and some don't. I always say if you don't like a stream, find another that accepts your stuff or start your own. I use some streams and stopped using others because of "rules" being applied.
