Finally the GOP is doing something right. Judges should not be able to dismiss time sensitive cases because of process errors. They should correct the error and proceed.

Proving yet again not only your complete lack of understanding of established legal procedures but further, facts that pertained to the post election lawsuits.

Nope, fake news. I understand completely. Cases get thrown out for process issues not related to the subject of the lawsuit. Supposedly they have to refile, but in time sensitive cases they don't.
Judges have been known to claim 'court error' and then continue to prosecute criminals, when they should throw the cases out. Why not do this for time sensitive cases?

Cases get thrown out on technicalities all the time. They could be due to filing in the wrong jurisdiction court, failure to meet the strict time lines imposed for each stage of the litigation process, incomplete and/or factually inaccurate information contained within in the documents, etc.

In the case of a number of court filings Sydney Powell made, which were riddled with multiple typos and many other problematic issues, she was allowed to correct those typos and refile the documents, even though they had passed the expiration date for filing. In other cases, such as some Lin Wood filed, he too missed filing dates claiming problems with his computer system, etc. Those documents also were submitted to the court.

In other instances, Judges ruled against the GOP for filing cases challenging certain election procedures only after Biden won the election even though they had every opportunity to challenge those very same issues up to 18 months prior to the election but chose not to. In another case, the GOP challenged voting procedures on Wisconsin claiming they were illegitimate, even though it was the Republican party that had actually instituted those very rules the year before.

What you think you know and believe to be true about the election is based on very limited information delivered to you by those with a highly partisan agenda and is in no way accurate as to what really took place.

Republicans are in favour of frivolous cases now?

Apparently when it comes to elections, they do. Many of the 65 post election lawsuits they filed and lost were deemed to be frivilous by Judges in multiple states.

All of them were frivolous. And everyone said so.
