Cases get thrown out on technicalities all the time. They could be due to filing in the wrong jurisdiction court, failure to meet the strict time lines imposed for each stage of the litigation process, incomplete and/or factually inaccurate information contained within in the documents, etc.
In the case of a number of court filings Sydney Powell made, which were riddled with multiple typos and many other problematic issues, she was allowed to correct those typos and refile the documents, even though they had passed the expiration date for filing. In other cases, such as some Lin Wood filed, he too missed filing dates claiming problems with his computer system, etc. Those documents also were submitted to the court.
In other instances, Judges ruled against the GOP for filing cases challenging certain election procedures only after Biden won the election even though they had every opportunity to challenge those very same issues up to 18 months prior to the election but chose not to. In another case, the GOP challenged voting procedures on Wisconsin claiming they were illegitimate, even though it was the Republican party that had actually instituted those very rules the year before.
What you think you know and believe to be true about the election is based on very limited information delivered to you by those with a highly partisan agenda and is in no way accurate as to what really took place.
