You are suggesting in the above meme that people will be forced to marry minority people if the left are in charge. The video suggests that people will be forced to marry gay people if gay marriage is legalized. Do you really think anyone is going to force you to marry a minority person?

That video is about marriage and that is a personal choice so just plain stupid. Mine speaks to job opportunities not marriage, so apples and oranges. But moving on...You miss the point. it is about how job opportunities for white males are now and could even be more effected, at some future point, by employers having to meet future government mandated quotas for hiring and promotions and as well awarding contracts based not on ones ability to perform a job or fill that contract but on their gender, race and other factors. I have witnessed at my government job site that under those circumstances it is not how qualified a person was it was how someone met what the government mandated for filling a work position or contract. quota... And that has already happened so not like the video something that hasn't and more that likely will never happen as it is based on personal choice but at the job site has and will continue to happen. I also witnessed that once mandated people were placed in hiring position they were less likely to hire people who were the most qualified but hired people who were more like themselves.
