I'll just have to say, I completely and absolutely disagree with this statement. The real dark side of the internet? Imgflip fits this description much more thoroughly. No offense to any specific person or group of people, but this place is FULL of people going around trolling each other and making sexual/racist/or otherwise insulting comments on virtually everything. Sure, it can be funny. That's what this place is designed for. But only to a certain extent. Google+ supports the sharing of much more meaningful and worthwhile content, along with a reasonable amount of this sort of thing. It may be in its early stages, it's still working out how to become a more developed social media site, but that does not make it any worse than any of the others out there. They may have screwed up a bit (Okay, I'll go with you on this one. A LOT) with the YouTube update, but it is constantly changing and improving, and will likely develop some sort of fix. So, basically what I'm saying is, you’ll have your opinions, and I’ll have mine. And my opinion is that Google+ is indeed a good place. A smaller community, but much more close-knit and family-like.
