Go to the OCs stream, I personally use an app called Ibis paint. I sometimes use bases and I sometimes draw them myself.

I’m shit at drawing. You can use whatever you like, I just use ibis paint because it’s easy for me. I also recommend posting all OCs in the OCs stream.
