Welp, what happened was Dr.Strangememe (the 3rd president) established a congress. Now that was before I took over the stream. Anyway, when Halfwhit made me owner, there were some people trying to run for congress. There were only a couple, so I decided the best way to go about things would be to have people run for head of congress, and then they're in charge of running congress meetings and such, and they get to select a certain number of people to be on congress.

It all just kinda happened.

and it's not like anyone on congress really does anything either so...... I guess it's still pretty chill
