8 and 9 aren't too bad...but star wars resistance is.

I respect your opinion but I hated 8 and 9 felt so so rushed.

Yes that's true, but to me,8 felt reeealy drawn out, with the first order chasing the resistance for 3/4 of the movie

I know and the walkers just came out of nowhere. And if the first-order could take out the escape vehicles then why couldn't they just destroy their capital ship since it was closed when all the people were still on it? Luke's appearance at the end was disappointing and confusing. And they should have revealed Palpatine was alive at the end of 8 instead of broom boy so it would not have just seemed like they dropped him out of no-where.

I think broom boy was supposed to be like, anyone can use the force, not just jedi and sith, but yeah i see your point
