That means spamming non-site related types of things. Say, coming in and advertising his lemonade stand or soliciting some product or service. Sharing of streams or asking for followers is not prohibited, and is in fact, the only way to really gain any followers for our streams. But it is nice to know there are users who actually pay attention to the terms of service. Because I promise you, not many do.
