ill explain it in short: I got owner for wubbzys stream, so I pulled an arkuum on it
I was convinced however to change ti back and made a deal with Richard and wubbzy
the deal was I give them back their stream if they
1: no longer be rude
2: no longer be annoying
3: just go back to being a regular member

while also throwing in that if they break any rules, you owners give them any punishment you see fit
