Bannon ripped me off? I donated to We Build The Wall. How did he rip me off? And what was he convicted of? Take your time, please.

Why would he accept a pardon if he was innocent?

That is literally one of the stupidest comments ever made. I’m guessing you’re a liberal.

Your donation didn't go toward the Wall. It went straight into Bannon's pocket.

Barry doesn’t get it yet.

Barry donated to a fund that was a scam. Those who perpetrated the scam were indicted and arrest warrants were issued. Steve Bannon was one of those people and when he was arrested, he was hiding out on a Chinese billionaire’s yacht (I know...irony, right?) He was then released on bail and awaiting trial.

Trump then pardoned Steve Bannon so he could never be convicted of anything. Ta da!

It’s actually quite simple. The fact that Barry can’t grasp that concept is alarming.

Everything Barry believed and believed in was a lie. Barry was a mark. And, apparently, not a very bright one which is why Barry was a mark to begin with.

Franken doesn’t get it because he didn’t even read the indictment. The indictment shows that the claimed victim of the fraud is not donors, but GoFundMe itself.

The GoFundMe consisted of money from donors who were duped into believing it was going toward a wall.

They built a mile of walk. The amount in question is 4% of the money raised. Some charities use 90% of money raised doe salary and expenses. Try again.

GoFundMe was the vehicle by which Bannon and the rest of the Trump skells used to collect money from suckers like you.

Keep trying to justify your delusions but you got ripped off, bud.

Again; some charities use 90% of money raised on salary and expenses. Which is perfectly legal. Bannon and 3 others used 4% of the money raised. It was perfectly legal for them to compensate themselves.

But what you’re failing to acknowledge is the fact that Kolf*ge, Bannon, Shea, and Balodato repeatedly said they would not take a penny in compensation. Bannon himself said they were “a strictly volunteer organization.”

Bannon also took some the million he skimmed and paid Kolf*ge as compensation for some expenses.

That’s money laundering.

But tell me how you’ve set up estates and tax shelters and whatever else. It’s a great way to show everyone you haven’t the faintest clue what you’re talking about.

Bannon and the two others (less Kolf*ge) never told anyone they weren’t being compensated for their time and expenses. Not once. That was Kolf*ge. Kolf*ge could have turned down any money directed towards him, had he wanted. He didn’t. That doesn’t make Bannon’s actions illegal. It makes Kolf*ge’s actions illegal. Bannon helped get the money from the go fund me page that go fund me wouldn’t release. He was able to get them to release $20M. Reasonable compensation for that, according to guidestar would be approximately $500k, before expenses. As much as I didn’t like the Clinton foundation raising 100’s of millions of dollars and then paying people massive amounts of money, it was all legal. Just because it sounds bad and appears unethical, doesn’t make it illegal.

You’re denial of reality is nauseating. You’re making excuses on top of excuses and it’s pathetic.

But it’s what we’ve come to expect from a hack like yourself.
0 ups, 3y,

Wrong again. Only Kolf*ge said that he wouldn’t take compensation. And saying something to get money and doing another is not illegal. Unethical, yes. But not illegal. Commercials on TV claim everything and often deliver nothing. Especially infomercials. And you can never prove what Bannon and the two other knew about Kolf*ge’s statements. Never.

An indictment isn’t fact and nothing has been proven. No gaslighting. Being factual; something you know nothing about.
2 ups, 3y
You just keep wanting to show the world how little you actually know.

An indictment means that a grand jury determined there was enough evidence to proceed to a trial.

Which means there’s evidence to prove Steve Bannon is the scumbag we all know he is and you’re the sap we all know you are.

“You support Biden, who plagiarized his way through law school and failed a law school course, and Kamala Harris, who failed the bar her first time. Making good choices is not your strong suit.”

Trump refuses to release his tax returns (we’re going to get them anyway), refuses to release his school transcripts (one former professor called him the dumbest student he ever taught), and Mike Pence is such a maladjusted weirdo that he won’t sit at a table with another woman if his wife (who he calls “Mother”) isn’t present.

Take a seat, chump.

“A judge’s order are HIS words, even though he/she merely signs the order. An indictment is the GRAND JURY’s words, even though they merely sign the indictment. The only thing you possibly could get on the LSAT, is drool.”

You’re an idiot. But it’s fun to watch.

“Go back to your mommy and daddy’s basement, little kid.”

Whoa, you really brought the heat on that one. You’re even a hack with the insults.

Bannon was reasonably compensated for his work on a 501C4. In fact, his compensation and reimbursement for expenses were actually below the the posted IRS standard, per GUIDESTAR.

One million dollars is “reasonable compensation” (or 1/25th, or 4% of all money collected) from a scam that Steve Bannon knowingly participated in.

A scam.

Say that out loud again to yourself so you can hear how stupid you sound.

The 4% represents what all four took in compensation and the payment for their crepe sets in building a mile of wall. Yet again, some charities use 80-90% of money collected on compensation and expenses. The IRS has a 5% rule. That means 5% of the valuation must be donated to charity every year. I can school you on this all day. Not only do I set up foundations in my estate planning practice, I have a private family foundation and am well versed in giving requirements. Bring it.

Wait a minute...you’re a tax attorney?

You appear to be really bad at your job. You haven’t even read the indictment that you’ve repeatedly said I haven’t read. Which I hadn’t. I got my summary from the MSM...but now that I read all 24 pages of the indictment, it confirms am everything I’d previously read or seen.

I will now NEVER use any tax attorney (or, more likely in your case, some hack accountant) named Barry and it’ll be the first question I ask any tax advisory company: “Do you have anyone named Barry working for you?”

Tax attorneys draft wills and trusts. I do estate planning. And you keep thinking that every indictment ever put forward by a grand jury is always correct. I guess in your world, people aren’t innocent until proven guilty. I guess in your world, once a grand jury puts forth an indictment, there’s no need for a trial; the indicted should just go straight to jail.
3 ups, 3y,

We don’t know if the indictment was correct because Trump pardoned his crony before it ever went to trial.

But he was found hiding out on a Chinese billionaire’s yacht (sweet, sweet irony) and is a lifelong scumbag.

Really, genius? There are three other defendants who didn’t get pardoned. Oy vey.
2 ups, 3y
Yeah, Trump didn’t need their silence. None of them had anything personally to do with Trump.

Do I need to draw you a map? Would you be able to read it if I did?

Because you’ve already demonstrated you couldn’t connect the backside of your ballsack to your asshole without two pairs of hands and a flashlight.

Read page one carefully. Very carefully.

The part where Steve Bannon, and others, “orchestrated a scheme to defraud hundreds of thousands of donors”.

...that means you, pal.

It also states that they claimed “they wouldn’t take a penny in compensation”...but that was a lie. Steve Bannon personally received one million dollars.

Your bullshit assertions are destroyed in a few sentences. I didn’t have to do a thing. Notice it’s the official DOJ press release and not some garbage from whatever echo chamber you stick your head into.

Here’s a link if you actually want to read it:

Remember, the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. We can bring you back to reality; you just have to have the wherewithal to acknowledge you’re living in some sort of alt-right matrix.

Duh. Dude, are you that daft? The grand jury can write and suppose anything they want in a charging document as part of its summarization. The only thing that matters is what is written in the actual statutory allegations of count 1 and/or count two. Jesus, you can’t be that inept. For example, when Breanna Taylor got shot, y’all threw a fit about what the police did and how wrong it was. But, they were working directly off of the grand jury indictment. You can’t have it both ways; even though you’d like it to be that way. You guys hate law enforcement and think they are liars, but now want to believe everything in THIS charging doc. Lol. That’s cute.

More proof that you’re a hack at everything you do.

A grand jury doesn’t compose the indictment. The distract attorney (in this case, from the Southern District of New York) composes and presents the indictment to a grand jury and the grand jury decides whether or not there’s enough evidence to proceed to trial.

Oh yeah, and the grand jury in the Breanna Taylor case? Yeah, they want to impeach the DA because he clearly intentionally botched the case. So thanks for bringing that up.

But anyway, those Breanna Taylor cops originally received a no-knock warrant which was then changed to a regular search warrant. The cops in question decided to proceed with the no-knock and killed an innocent person. But blue lives matter, right?

I mean unless you’re trying to overthrown the government or hunt politicians you don’t like. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But you’re just trying to shift the conversation off how little you actually know.

Indictment – An indictment is a formal document issued by a Grand Jury, charging the Defendant of committing a crime(s). The U.S. Attorney or an Assistant U.S. Attorney appears before a Grand Jury and presents evidence to show a person has committed a crime and that they should be formally charged for it.

You’re more clueless than Biden.

“If they (a grand jury) find the accusation true, which is usually drawn up in form by the prosecutor or an officer of the court, they write upon the indictment the words "a true bill" which is signed by the foreperson of the grand jury and presented to the court publicly in the presence of all the jurors.”

The indictment is composed by the prosecutor and a grand jury signs off on it.

You. Absolute. Hack.
