in 2018 when i was in 4th grade i got the flu, i woke up at 2am with my pillow covered in blood, and my face covered in blood too, it bled for at least an hour and a half, and then i started coughing up blood clots

I have the majority of my nosebleeds because of the heat for some reason
the worst heat-based was on a day I was in my dads truck, and my dad said I was bleeding, and I just ran up to my house to clean up, as i kept bleeding for a few more seconds

the other worst was when my sister punched me in the face-
