It is not within my jurisdiction to decide if an account should be banned or not. My area of moderation is this stream, so if you think a user ought to be deleted, you're talking to the wrong guy.

By all means, contact acuity12 and have her deal with these alts. Until then, I can't delete someone's content from my stream just because they are suspected to be the alt of a previously banned user. I hear an awful lot of people claiming users are alts you know, and not all of them are true.
Like I said, I've already banned WhiteNationalist from running this cycle, with stricter bans on the table if necessary, because of the clear fact that he was deleted by site mods twice, so I'm more than willing to cooperate with site mods.

Both Moon & White have had accounts banned from the website in the past — I haven’t seen their behavior let alone their beliefs change one bit. If they want to stay on Imgflip, they aren’t really acting like it.

Their harassment of this stream specifically would warrant a stream ban IMO. It certainly carries democratic support among Congress in every poll and petition I’ve seen.

I'm well aware, yet MoonMan has managed to last this long without being deleted again, even after direct contact with site mods.

Would setting up a stream in opposition to this one and asking people to leave in favor of the new stream fall under harassment of this stream?

Stream mods don’t necessarily need to follow the marching orders of site mods; streams are empowered to be stricter about content if they choose.
