The weird tentacle thing on his head can turn into a spear or just grab people.

He is at the near start of FATE Father’s blessing (part 3) as a side character and stays the whole part. The picture of him now is the act ll version of him. He got the tentacle from someone unknown and keeps it to this very day. He has a yandare that loves him and is scared for his life, even though he was kinda insecure in the first place. He appears a few times in part 4.
