That's not a boomer.
A boomer is a person (a senior in most cases) born in the years of the baby boom (especially from the U.S). Mainly born in the years of 1940s to roughly the 1960s. A boomer isn't somebody who only complains about technology. It may seem that way because they're, well, old and they didn't have technology back in the generations they were born. So, you're wrong. A boomer isn't somebody who "complains about the technology 'we' have". They didn't grow up with the technology "we" have.
In short: A boomer is somebody born from the years, 1940-1960, where it just so happens for a baby boom to occur.
You may have been referring to the meme, but you seemed pretty serious about the "real" definition of boomer. So here it is, I'm deeming the proper definition of boomer. You're wrong, deal with it, and GO BACK TO SCHOOL
