Apparently, there were tours being given in the capitol the day before the riots. Per the reports from Congresswoman Milkie Sherrill, Sergeant at Arms says that people are only permitted on the capitol if they are specifically walked in by members of congress. Otherwise, the Capitol grounds have been closed since March due to COVID. Congress reiterated that on Jan 3rd. So, this was entirely insurrection. They had people on the inside. Hell, there were congressmen involved in the attack. But he got busted. Hard.
