My idea for moveset
Neutral Special: Rasengan(Can be charged up to massive rasengan)
Up Special: Dash (Naruto Dashes in the direction of the joystick kinda like greninja's up special)
Side special:Rasenshuriken (Naruto throws a True wind style: Rasenshuriken that can be charged up to become larger)
Down Special: Substitution jutsu! (Naruto Will enter a counter pose and if attacked during the 1 second opening he will teleport up leaving a substitution he will then make a shadow clone and throw himself at the opponent dealing double the damage of the attack he was hit with)
