Wrong, we pay the taxes of the food that the schools paid for, meaning the food is technically free and the more richer the government suspects people of, the higher they raise taxes for them so they can be cash grabs. Most of the people who say schools don't deal with bullies have never been bullied, I have they sort things out with the victim and the bully. They send the bully to after-school detention but during school they have us work out our struggles on what the bully/victim did, the victim most of the time is forced to skip recess, which isn't all that bad.
