Trump supporters (or at least THOSE Trumpets) treat politics like sports...good vs evil...and are therefore unwilling to compromise. They are to politics what Happy Gilmore was to golf.
You can’t negotiate who wins the Super Bowl. They apply an idiot’s logic to complex societal issues.
