ok so i meant to say, this person has more points so this meme would pop up for more people verses your amount of points, it would pop up for less amount of people. Here an example, you put more money in your ad so it can be popped up for more people, and if you have more money, the more people would click it, imagine the money in the example as your points, and the clicks as upvotes.
