And I hate to break the news to you, but it is illegal to silence open public speech because of the political message. Up until 2011, the one sided politics in the media was prohibited in the United States. This is why there was a horribly divisive change to the media products available in the United States in the past 10 years. Private companies cannot claim to be free, open, public forums, while at the same time silencing people for their own business interests. That is considered fraud in most states in the US. Posting something on Twitter is not the same as holding a political rally in front of the castles of Disney Worlds Magic Kingdom. Do you think it would be OK for a place like Disney World to prevent you from viewing Fox News or CNN on the internet on their property? Because once that is permitted, they will be banning us from googling Universal Studios on their property or restaurants outside of their parks and hotels. That is the problem. This is no different. The media companies are silencing all speech offensive to China. We are headed right for life like it is in China here in America within 50 years.

Good luck with that in a court of law with private company owned lawyers. It sounds really good but it does not apply to a company who you sign an agreement with to have the account. Did you read the agreement? Most people do not and THAT is why they think they have a legal foothold. They don't. They will ban and continue to do whatever they like and it will be even worse than you could ever imagine. The only option anyone could have would be to take Section 230 of the The Communications Decency Act was established as Title V of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 in which they are protected with the following: Section 230 says: “No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.” So for now. They are untouchable really and with a Liberal Government taking over in about 9 days and a few hours I doubt much will happen on the political front to stop them. But you DO have the right to rant and rave about it, just not on certain web sites or social media accounts.
