Really because the swing state legislatures did their own investigations and found fraud. That is the governments of the swing states say they found fraud in the election. I'm pretty sure when they testify to finding it the case will be thrown out.
Especially since the Dominion machines have been gone over with a fine toothed comb by electronic forensics.

Minor fraud occurs in every election and this one was no exception. There was NOT however, any mass voter fraud as Trump and his enablers have claimed which would've changed the outcome in any way. Three cases of 'dead people' voting were found in PA, all of which went to Trump. In Georgia there were two. Haven't seen nor heard of any in the other swing states. Other minor irregularities have also occured such as having a problem determining whether some signatures match, and other such things but nothing like the outrageous claims Trump's made.

You should read the sh** she previously submitted into court. It was absolutely insane. Full of typos, doctored reports and State Certificates, affidavits written by convicted con-artists, "expert reports" written by individuals claiming educational credentials they didn't possess; redacting names in some claiming it was necessary in order to protect the safety of that individual (when in fact it was actually about to wanting to mislead the court about that person's qualifications).

In one particular instance, she tried to pass off testimony as being written by a military intelligence expert with many years of experience when in fact, it was written by a guy who had flunked out on his training program. That was only discovered because she had used that same testimony in another court filing but accidently neglected to redact the name in that one, so his claimed background was quickly investigated and exposed as being fraudulent.
