You need to study what happened after the the Cuban Revolution. The people voted overwhelmingly for Castro and got free healthcare and superior education. No, they were forced out of their homes, away from their arms and food stashes, away from their friends and families, their businesses were confiscated and executions started on not just opponents of the regime, but everyone at random to create universal fear of the government. And Castro died from a simple, botched intestinal surgery from his perfect, free healthcare.
