It's not that you are incapable of doing it. It's that your memes are almost always garbage.
It's like saying, "Steve can't play basketball" when Steve is perfectly capable of holding and dribbling and throwing a ball. What you literally mean is "Steve plays basketball badly" and most people who aren't morons (like you, apparently) understand this perfectly well.
