A business can refuse service for no short no shoes. A bar can refuse service to an over served person. You can be arrested for yelling fire in a crowded theater. Are these also examples of free speech denials?

A business owner is protected by rights as well. A business should be able to decide if they want to require masks or not within their business. A business can require shoes and shirt because that’s a socially acceptable limitation. A bar cannot refuse to serve you because of your skin color, but they can if for other reasons sure.
