yes and no jailed rapists should be have the option of death or community service because if a person is just rotting in jail and refuses to do community service they should be killed to conserve resources.

nah it's the easy way out for people who actually did it and too unjust for people that actually didn't do it

I suggest it as a max sentence. If it were actually implemented, which I'm sure it would never be, it would only be for cases without any doubt of guilt. I have a special disgust for rapists and sexual predators...

Look, at the end of the day, a serial rapist should be put in a maximum security prison. Same with just a normal rapist. At the end of the day, the death penalty is completely immoral. Its like stealing from someone after they stole from you. In fact, the US has a higher crime rate than the UK, so using the death penalty as a fear tactic evidently doesn't work

Well what if someone is wrongly accused? Also I personally think rotting in jail is worse than death (I could be wrong I've never done either)
