who wants me to call out the overrated users?

Raydog is so overrated. I get he’s the number one user, good for him.

I would gladly say some users that are overrated to me, but i don't want hate
I define users byyyyyy
1: their follower count\\
2: their point count
3: their memes
4: make comparisons
If someone has a balance, they good. if someone has a lack of points or quality memes, I consider them overrated. if someone has quality memes, yet a lack of the other 2, they underrated.
if there is no lack in either, and its close to a good balance when the 3 stats are compared, they are perfectly in the clear.
