Stray dog I found in my yard :D

Hard to tell from the photo, but is that a tracking collar? It sort of looks like one that a hunter might put on their hound dogs so they can find them. If it has a little transmitter on it just try and keep the dog around and the owner may turn up to claim it. Looks to be a hunting breed (either beagle or hound mix of some sort) so it's likely.

I saw some shiny thing on top of their collar. Hard to tell but think ur right

There's not exactly an application process...its by invitation only. You have to be 21 years old and if you have been with the site long enough and shown good character then recognition by other mods may lead to nomination.

However, you can be a stream mod to get a taste of what it's like. Check out the "eveyones_a_mod" stream if you haven't already.
