All the previous vote counts took 20 to 40 minutes for 5,000 or so votes- so yeah, it's a big deal. I don't understand your response though

<sigh> when they count votes, they don't update after every single vote is counted, they update after each polling station completes their tally - which is why you see it go up by so much in such a short amount of time.
