The election laws that the Constitution mostly leaves to be set at the state level?

Leaves to the State Legislatures, not the State Courts- which the Supremes are afraid to touch (after a summer of rioters threatening everyone who disagrees with them)

SCOTUS isn't afraid of anything. If they're satisfied that the lower federal courts did their job, they don't get involved because they have real legal work to do. Read the ruling, it's very short.

Then why did Roberts scream at the other judges about the violence that would occur if they made a for-Trump ruling? If there was really no standing in the Texas suit, why did the Wisconsin supreme court rule that there was standing in the exact same suit? Not one of the court denials has come after a review of the evidence, because none of the courts will even look.

I don't think he did. SCOTUS doesn't even meet face to face - I don't know if you've heard but there's a pandemic. It was rather obviously a made up sorry that you guys tried to plant and I don't buy it. SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that this was a nonsense case that they had no reason to pick up.

A state supreme court did because election law is state level. Texas cannot sue for how Wisconsin runs its state laws but Wisconsin can.
