Though I am a Christian and believe in god, I think it is very rude to shame other people for what they think, we are all people and all of our brains work differently. This meme deserves to be downvoted, who is with me?
This is the truth that I tell you my dear friend and it will set you free. When you live a life with God you can be assured that your life will be much better!
But what about pastors persuading people to the way of the Lord. This meme is just another form of Christians giving influence to others about God because we as Christians have faith and know the God is real.
Aren't Christian people supposed to be accepting of people's beliefs? I'm athiest but I don't go around saying "Anyone who believes in god is small brain."
I'm just telling you, whatever religion has done to you, it doesn't mean God is like that. Remember, bad religion is what crucified God. He is on your side there. I just felt I had to say this.. sorry if I'm bothering or something.
no, im fine with it. my mother's side of the family is religous, and technically i am too, its just that i have witnessed too many "come get some dirt from the holy land! your soul will be saved!"
You dont have to get “holy dirt” to have a relationship with God. You just need to trust that he is on your side and will guide you through your life no matter how cruel or horrible it seems
God has a specific and special plan for everyone. The very lows of your life could just be a chance do do something extrodinary. Im just saying that no one should ever lose faith just bc of some bad stuff in their lives. I garuntee that someday, you will feel happier and realize that God is there to comfort you.
I can kinda relate, my family always prays over a zoom call and my dad always drags me and my siblings into it and for the most we pretend to be catholic just so we don't get in trouble
as Christians, we take conversation with God seriously. Every once in a while, we will just start a conversation witb God asking for certain things. For instance we are praying for you to come closer with God.
