Black people and minorities a lot of the times have to resort to crime and drug dealing is because they don't have a chance to get good education, because good college costs a LOT of money. And their parents can't give them that money for a good education because THEY couldn't get a good education, and therefor a better job, because THEIR parents couldn't do that and so on.
