He's a reason why u should pick Charles:
In the Henry Stickmin game, there is the Valiant Hero ending where Charles dies to save you against the Top Hat Clan. Charles is very loveable & is very easily to get attached to during the game, he also has one of the most funniest sayings of "This is the greatest Plan" which he says a few times during game. An example of him saying his line is when you pick his plan when your in Completing The Mission with the governments help & Convict allies, or before he dies in the Valiant Hero ending.
