Oop forgot to add: Their feet when not in the kinda restricting things that the worker ones have, they are basically kinda like an elephant foot, but instead of those flat one they kinda go out like claws and can move them a bit, making it possible for their claws to just barley touch the bottom of their feet so they can fit in the restraining cuffs that the workers have.
