1) I recommend getting a hobby that is disconnected from the world. Like reading books.
2) Seek help with your depression. As adults, we're not taught how to deal with things like this in the normal world, and especially in crazy times like this. There are many techniques/tips/tricks that a talk therapist can teach you in order to manage and then overcome your depression.
There's nothing wrong with you. Feeling like this is normal. And getting help is an okay thing to do.
