What happened?

It's hot all summer then when the one month of winter hits its way too cold. Today I wore 1 hoodie 1 tee shirt and 1 tank top and I was still cold

Well... Them you haven't met my sister. She's almost always cold, and whenever she punches me she ends up hurting herself.

Not everyone is like that (even though I'm the same way as your sister)

But really here's an example

My brother almost threw up when drinking vanilla extract. I was fine. I can take a good bit of mental pain too

I think sometimes girls cry about small things because they have a lot of big things going on too. So that one small thing just put them over the edge

That's probably because it goes for me too. Usually I cry because I'm stressed out. So I might cry because my brother messed we me. But 1 sometimes my brother hurts me when doing that. He's called me little Satan. Useless. And so many other things that bother me more than he thinks. 2 i might be stressed out by something else like school. I am getting really stressed about school and singing and piano.

Plus memories bring up a lot of tears for me. Sometimes I'm saying I'm crying about something different because I don't want to talk about the real issue

Ouch. I'm sorry to hear how your brother verbally abused you. I think the best way to process it is to not let it define yourself, or become a part of your identity. Take it to the cross, and leave it there.

Perhaps one thing you could do is talk it over with you brother, and your parents too if necessary.

I have been trying to think of what to say all day. I still haven't thought of anything good to say back.
