Courts are not going to supervise elections. They are not equipped to do so. Gore learned this in 2000. Refusal to take the case is not ruling that the election is proper. It’s a statement that courts will stay out of elections.

But that's not what y'all did. What y'all did was ask the court to strike legal votes as illegal because the state laws were applied in a way you didn't like. And that is something the courts are NOT happy to do. And then you started pestering them over dominion and videos and poll watchers and the judges looked at that and said "you've not proven any of this" and they weren't having it.

Of COURSE it's their job to catch election fraud. But it's also their job to ask for proof. You didn't give it. The judges threw the case out. So the election results stand because nobody could prove that they shouldn't.

The state legislature hearings are not court rooms with judges that have to make rulings. Also even though all of the evidence was reviewed, the state legislatures still did absolutely nothing. I think it comes down to not wanting your city burned down by antifa dem agents.
