My rememberer don't work so good anymore but, seems to me that was about the time the kids started taking over and were trolling and harassing the old timers. I mean just look at all those good memers that got fed up and left.
A LONG TIME AGO IMGFLIP HAD A DISLIKE BAR THAT TOLD YOU HOW MANY UPVOTES AND DOWNVOTES YOU HAD; THEY GOT RID OF IT...THEN A USER NAMED RPC1 MADE A MEMORIAL MEME FOR IT AND A BUNCH OF USERS SIGNED IT
