From what I've read, the CDC has the total deaths from the flu, in the 2019-2020 season and U.S. only, at 22,000. I haven't checked worldwide flu deaths for that season. Since your chart mentions September 11 and Pearl Harbor (U.S. civilians and personnel), you would be better off comparing those numbers to overall U.S. COVID-19 deaths, NOT worldwide.
Here's some good info that I just looked at: in the U.S., 22,000 total deaths in the 2019-2020 influenza season - total COVID-19 deaths in the the U.S. in the past 7 days = 17,807. ALMOST as many COVID-19 deaths in the past WEEK than flu deaths the ENTIRE flu season last year.
