There aren't currently buttons like that, but there are a lot of pages where you can edit the number(s) in the address bar and then hit enter to get where you want to go.

The way the Hot and New pages work for all streams is a little different now than how it used to be when I was a new user, but editing the address is a trick I still use to get where I want to go.
