It would in fact increase ones survival odds against air born pathogens. But were not nearly at that level as a basic face mask, avoiding large crowds and washing your hands regularly is enough to reduce the odds of contracting the current dangerous pandemic to safe levels. The only people claiming we need anything like that are the left wing strawmen right wingers invent to try and demonize the "others".

So the species will likely survive with or without such suits?
