Cursing doesn’t bother me as much as other things do

I think it is subjective. Some MODS find something as NSFW like endewendos or even hints of naughty ideas. Bad language is so widely used in public is it NSFW? Heck I heard some middle schoolers that make me blush.

Yes, so many kids use foul language now. I learned the f word when i was 8 from my mother, and ik ppl who learned it when they were 5. I don’t really like cursing, but I hear it so often that i don’t understand why a whole lot of it is nsfw. But the naughty and non-kid-friendly stuff is no good, and I don’t care to see it.

This idea I can agree with. Because then you can choose which one it is, and you can choose not to see a spesific type of NSFW (for example the bad NSFW)

saying "f**k" once in a meme shouldn't be NSFW. Stuff that are NSFW are more like gore, hardcore p0rn, disturbing images, lots of explicit dialouge, etc. Maybe there should be an option to mark something as mildly nsfw, like if it has a picture that shows slightly more skin than usual (if you know what I mean), has some cursing, has topics less geared towards children, etc. But cursing once shouldn't be marked nsfw, it's not like little children are in this site. you have to be 13 or older to use this site so it's not like a 9 year old is supposed to be seeing the stuff here

The whole NSFW system is useless. Too many submissions are flagged with it for no reason while others that should be flagged aren’t.
But I like the idea of flagging submissions with F-bombs and such as long as it’s consistent.

Yeah, i agree. I am not bothered by cursing but I don’t like graphic pictures. But i am aware that the terms are inconsistent with user moderated streams sometimes.

They should have a 3 color system. Red for violence (like dark humor,) yellow for swears & blue for sexy stuff. Alot of people are fine with one of those things and not the rest.
But it won't work, because it's too subjective and the mods aren't all on the same page. I always assume anything you can see/hear in a 'PG' movie is SFW, so I approve mildly offensive memes without changing them to 'NSFW.' Others don't agree.
