Technically speaking, if he was on the ballot and argued that the state/county etc weren't completing a full vote check (i.d, signatures, address, machine count etc) and that the results may not be accurate,
He should be able to obligate a full audit of both that county and the machines.
Either do it right the first time or the state pays to have it done again. Fair deal, at least in conservative land ..liberal land probably not..
