Nobody wins or loses until the electoral college votes.

The electoral college, in democratic states, are bound by state law to vote with the majority of their state AND every state, including republican, has certified Biden as recipient of their electoral college votes. There aren't enough electoral votes for Trump to win. Not even if he cheats. He's lost every court battle too. He has as much chance as the proverbial snowflake in hell.

If Usain Bolt was racing a three-year-old, he wouldn't win until he crossed the finish line. The toddler doesn't stand a chance, but the race isn't over until the race is won.

That example doesn't include counting votes and is reliant on the skills of the runners. All the votes have been certified by each state.

None of the electoral college's votes have been certified because none of the electoral college has voted.
