I got shoved around all through high school.
I was a new kid, skinny with a squeaky voice.
One of the guys that picked on me all the time was in my gym class. He was on the trampoline, and the other guys were spotters, standing around the trampoline in case the guy fell. Well, he came bouncing towards me, out of control. He fell over the side and I caught him. He thanked me and never picked on me again.
Everyone else still did, but it was still pretty cool.
That happened 40 years ago, but I still remember it.
Just so you know, after school was over, I never had to deal with any of those people ever again.
