Those are democratic fraudulent voters

There's two major problems with your comment... (1) the GOP has repeatly failed to prove either merit and/or substantive evidence of widespread voter fraud - in any capacity - in any of the 55 legal cases they've lost to date; and (2) that no democratic would ever feed from Trump trough. What are you people going to do when SCOTUS shuts down this latest farce of case too? Because they unquestionably will and probably deliver a scathing rebuke against the GOP while they're are at it in their Reasons for Judgment to ensure this BS never happens again in the future.

What are “you people” going to do when an illegitimate Chinese agent is sworn in as president. Enjoy the endless investigations into the Biden family. Stuffing ballot boxes is hard to prove if you don’t want to investigate. This was a sham election thanks to the democrats push to destroy election integrity with changes to election law and procedure without vetting.

I'm all for anyone - Republican or Democrat - being investigated if they've used their political powers or connections to such for corrupt or self serving reasons. I'm for exposing and prosecuting any individual that does so and would never defend someone just because they were from my chosen party, which is exactly what we are seeing with this entire post election fiasco.

If you want to know the actual facts, rather than what the media is telling you, read the legal documents filed in court. They contain not only the accusations that are spewed daily in the media but also the so called "evidence" along with the rebuttals, expert opinions, legal authorities and judges rulings. Only there will you ever get the total truth.

The reason why the GOP has lost 55 cases and only won one (which was a minor case shortening a deadline "cure" date for ballots by 3 days) is because they either have no legal merit, standing, and/or no substantive proof of widespread fraud. Even your claim about election integrity and the procedural changes made in various states, etc., has already been addressed in multiple courts and dismissed. As one recent Judged stated in his ruling...

"ALLEGATIONS THAT FIND FAVOR IN THE PUBLIC SPHERE OF GOSSIP AND INNUENDO... CANNOT BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR EARNEST PLEADINGS AND PROCEDURE IN FEDERAL COURT"

I have been around for a few elections this one was crooked. There are plenty of affidavits and other evidence. They can’t be proven if you lack the desire to investigate and the people who performed the fraud don’t want it investigated.

I've have been around too and not just for a few but many elections. What we are seeing right now is an attempt at a coup by Trump and his sychophants.

I have a copy of every single legal document that's been filed in the Courts from every case in each State. Those affidavits and other evidence you speak of have been thoroughly rebuked by both Democrat and Republican Judges (some of which Trump himself appointed). The reasons for doing so are also articulately outlined in the Judge's rulings. I suggest you go read them.

So how many other of those many elections you have seen were verification and ID laws relaxed and mass mail ballots used?
0 ups, 4y,

The only part of that statement that is actually accurate is that there was mass mail-in voting this election due to Covid and those that primarily utilized such were Dems because they have more common sense than the idiots that listened to Trump telling them to vote in person.

Mass mail voting Is sending live ballots out repetitively or to people on old voter roles who don’t live in the state or who no longer exist. This was the first election where that was allowed. Accepting ballots after Election Day was not previously allowed either.

"So you’ve seen those things in previous elections have you?..." Why is it I get the impression you're either incredibly young, naive and/or lacking in higher education or alternatively, akin to "Clark" in 'Good Will Hunting'?

Either way, get a f***ing grip! We're currently living through a global pandemic - the first of which in almost 100 years - which obviously calls for adjustments to policies and procedures, just like it did a century ago.

Sure it’s because of Covid
We need to weaken our election integrity at the very time it needs to have more integrity. Good move Democrats. You can go buy skittles, you can go vote.

Covid is the excuse you are using for destroying election integrity?

I'll give you credit for one thing... you're certainly a good parrot for GOP talking points. You truly suck, however, at ever wanting to know the full and actual truth, for if you did, you would read the filed legal documents.
0 ups, 4y
So you’ve seen those things in previous elections have you? Tell me which ones?

I don’t care about the legal cases as I have no faith the judicial branch will perform any better than the legislative branch or the media. Hopefully a special counsel will be appointed to investigate, but probably not. The election was a fraud perpetrated by the democrats on the American people.

Not even that assertion being promoted by Trump and all his cohorts in the GOP and the RW media is true, which you would know if actually bothered to read the legal documents filed, which apparently you don't seem to want because it would burst the bubble of illusion you're under.

I support every suit brought regardless of merit. It will hopefully be 4 years of investigations and lawsuits to paralyze the current administration as much or more than they did for the previous administration. The big cheat was in and there are too many powerful forces aligned against the American people to get a fair hearing at this point. The resistance has just begun against this leftist coup.

"Hahaha so you are anti religion as well." Nope, try again. I can just as easily poke holes into the fallacies of Christian mythological blind beliefs as I can many others but that doesn't mean I don't see some merit in their teachings.

I suspect, were you to be have born in Germany decades ago, there's a strong likelihood your inabilty to think for yourself or research facts along with a blind allegiance to a political party and figure, would make you a prime candidate for Hitler's youth group or full fledged Nazi, based on your age. That's nothing to be proud of!

"Like gang wars..." Apparently, you have yet to recognize that the people normally drawn into gangs are generally those of low self esteem and/or educational achievement who seek above all else a strong desire for power and wealth and will literally do ANYTHING to achieve such.

You still keep harping back to how the Dems supposedly set up a nation wide fraudulent election but neither you, nor any GOP case to date have been able to provide any SUBSTANTIVE evidence proving such in Court. Why do you think that is? Do you seriously believe every single Republican official in every swing State that declared Biden the winner are corrupt and in on the scam? What about all the Judges - even those Trump himself appointed - are they all part of the giant conspiracy to grant Biden the election too? What about Barr, who was one of Trump's major sycophants throughout his entire presidency? Did he cave as well?
0 ups, 4y
Using the term “like a gang” is inferring that it is not that thing but it is, like it. However your description of gang is very limited as there are many types of gangs not just underprivileged minority kids. I have stated repeatedly that I believe there was massive voter fraud in the 2020 election. Why would I believe a proven biased lying news media or a lefty shill and what you say? You guys said Hunter Biden's China dealings were fake news and suppressed it. A presidential candidates son thats been under investigation for over a year and you scream prove it, censor It stop them from saying it. That’s because you are a TDS suffering leftist. The truth will out, it always does Eventually.

"Using the term “like a gang” is inferring that it is not that thing..." You've made it abundantly clear what you believe, even though those beliefs have no foundation in facts (which you refuse to even look at). I wouldn't be surprised if you believed in the entire fable about Noah's Ark too, even given the total impossibilty of such.
0 ups, 4y
Hahaha so you are anti religion as well. What a surprise, but atheists are the least tolerant of people who routinely mock others beliefs but want their evolution fairy tales respected.

You mean like how Mitch McConnell said upon Obama winning in 2008 that he would do everything in his power to ensure he remains a one term President? Seems to me that's a reoccurring theme on the part of the GOP, not to mention multiple attempts at voter suppression, which they've repeatedly been sued for and lost. The only coup that's taken place is the one attempted by Trump and his sychophants, which even Judges he personally appointed in multiple Courts could easily see.
0 ups, 4y
Like gang wars it goes back and forth and people only remember what the other guys did right. No one ever set up an entire election for fraud before the democrats did this time did they.

Ya just like Hunter Biden investigations were conspiracy theory. The problem is when you believe everything you don’t like is a conspiracy theory you become a conspiracy theorist for conspiracy theories.

1. Whataboutism isn’t an argument. An argument is an argument.

2. The Hunter Biden investigations are ongoing. You have no idea whether he’ll be indicted or not. Voter fraud claims on the other hand, have been thrown out left and right. There’s a difference.

3. Trump lost fair and square. Stop coping.

Biden will be an illegitimate president installed by democratic fraud, period. The brilliant there is a full independent investigation into irregularities I will firmly believe that. Not because the Cheeto said it because I have been around for a few elections and the count stop on election night and other things smell bad.

Two weeks ago you were saying Hunter Biden investigations were a crackpot conspiracy. So you were wrong I guess. Why are you right about everything else again?

"The brilliant there is a full independent investigation into irregularities I will firmly believe that."

Courts have literally done that like 10000000000 times already and every single time, not a single vote was overturned. Hell, Bill Barr launched a full, independent investigation into voter fraud and found no widespread vote. But you won't believe, even though he's a Trump sycophant. It's almost as if no matter what comes out disproving fraud, you won't believe. It's almost as if your allegiance isn't with the facts.

"...because I have been around for a few elections and the count stop on election night and other things smell bad."

You're just using your feelings at this point. The thing that....you'll cry that liberals are doing. Yeah, you just have a gut feeling that something's up. Ok dude.

"Two weeks ago you were saying Hunter Biden investigations were a crackpot conspiracy. So you were wrong I guess. Why are you right about everything else again?"

To my knowledge, the investigation is centered around Hunter Biden's taxes while the laptop BS was about Ukraine. So no, I wasn't proven wrong on anything. Second of all, it's an ongoing investigation that hasn't finished yet, and you're already saying Hunter's guilty. Using that logic, when the Russiagate investigate was happening, it must all be true because there was an investigation!

Courts don’t investigate.

I don’t remember any other election where they said ok we’re stopping the count for tonight. That’s not a “feeling” that’s tangible. Why hadn’t I heard that in previous elections? If you want election integrity and no questions you don’t change the voting laws and open up fraud opportunities. So democrats created the lack of trust, live with it.

I have no idea where you got the claim that vote counting just stopped altogether in the middle of the night?

https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2020/nov/04/facebook-posts/battleground-states-did-not-stop-counting-votes-el/

If you're talking about the mail in ballot delays that's the fault of the Republican state legislatures in many of the swing states who purposefully did not allow mail in ballot counting to start early. It's the number one GOP tactic: defund and obstruct the government and then turn around and complain that government isn't working.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/11/05/trump-blames-democrats-late-counted-mail-ballots-he-should-blame-gop/

Once again, there was a federal investigation done by Bill Barr that did not discover widespread voter fraud, and courts are technically "investigating" the claims of voter fraud given to them by the lawsuit. And thus far, not a single vote has been awarded to Trump by the courts. Not a single one.

Disanalogous

There are certain cases where the law is amiguous and the court decision is controversial. Rejecting voter fraud conspiracies is not one of them.
0 ups, 4y
Court decisions are controversial depending on what side you are on. The point is just because there is no court conviction Doesn’t mean nothing happened. You can’t corroborate evidence if you refuse to investigate.

Like I said, you don't want to know the truth because you can't face the fact you gullibly believed in complete BS that Trump and his cohorts spewed.
0 ups, 4y
I believe in my own eyes and ears. I don’t need Trump to tell me what to be for and what to be against. This election was fraud filled and full of statistical inconsistencies as well as blatant obstruction by Democrat poll workers. A media in the tank for the democrats using suppression polls and news blackouts to affect the vote. Crooked as the Amazon River.
