At their core, they *are* the same thing. Besides, are you saying having an abortion doesn't affect any other lives?

It affects your life. The child isn't born yet. All it does is insult other people really.
You can't say "my body, my choice" when you're choosing to potentially infect literally everyone around you.
With Covid you're risking your life and the life of everyone you pass. Abortions aren't dangerous You can't infect other people with them.
Abortions also don't disproportionately affect immunoconpromised people, or older people, or people with health choices.

The child is still a living being.
